WORD DOC or PPT into Spanish mode
1. CLICK on the REVIEW tab at the top of the slideshow in PPT or if you are in Word1. CLICK on the REVIEW tab at the top of the slideshow in PPT or if you are in Word you will click on the TOOLS option at the top of the page
2. CLICK on the LANGUAGE bar.
It is on the left side. It is a BOOK with a CHECK-MARK in it
3. CLICK on ANY SPANISH3. CLICK on ANY SPANISH option.
Any country will work just fine!
4. CLICK the "DEFAULT" option & select "YES" when a button pops up.
5. CLICK "OK"
